If you look at Floyds arrest record it is obvious that he was no stranger to being in the back of a police car. He was refusing to be arrested. He be thinkin he had every right to pass that counterfeit money. He be sayin " I is gonna gets mines"!

This crime of killing George Floyd happened when the officer was performing his job duties, at his government job. There were another three guys standing around letting it happen, in accordance with their job as cops and their training provided by Minneapolis Police Department, which is a part of the government.
